• I will Educate – The coach will assist in the documents, the system and tools, and the requirements that each person being coached will need to move forward. –
I will Assist – The coach will listen and ask questions that will help the coachee uncover for themselves the roadblocks or detours in the process to grow from and move forward.
–I will Remind – The coach questions and uncovers what has been said and not said in each session to remind coachee what they said they wanted, what they really want, and what they choose to be their own solution.
Coach April will be your EAR.
