2012 - A new year to choose your destiny - what one word will you choose to best describe your focus for the year.  Klove, Air one, and many others have mentioned this concept.  What one word will you want to create your focus around?  What one word will describe the summary of accomplishments, experiences, and memories 2012 will encompass?

COACHES NOTE:  My word is purpose.  Romans 8:28 NIV says "and we know in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose".    Last year my word was Joy and it was truly a year about being joyful in all circumstances.  We all have so much to be joyful about and so much to find purpose in.  Let's make 2012 and inspiring year.

My first blog - wow, Coach April is embracing technology.

Today is the last day of 2011 and we have multiple choices to make for the upcoming year ahead.  We have the choice to choose to keep the status quo or choose to move forward.  We get to choose to grow, choose to learn, choose to find the resources to gain the tools to move you forward. 

As a coach, I personally am amazed at how much all of us, including myself, don't realize even the smallest of choices will create our destiny.  I taught my daughter years ago that every choice will create her destiny.   What choices little or large are creating your destiny?

Coaches note:  Perception is a large peice to your choices, find great people around you to help you uncover your perpections and what other perception might help you reframe your thoughts.
